I am passionate about mental health and creating an inspiration of hope and confidence in my clients. I enjoy working collaboratively with my clients in order to discover what it is that they want out of life and what changes need to happen for them to achieve those goals. I believe that people always have the right answers within them, they just sometimes need assistance to uncover and enable them.

I work closely with a great friend and colleague in our shared office in Decatur. I enjoy a casual atmosphere where you and I can both feel at home and relaxed. I also love providing license supervision for APCs and consultation for other therapists.

I live with my husband, two sons, and our dog. We love to spend time outside and, when the weather cooperates, often go hiking or hang out in the park. I love to travel and meet new people, but I also appreciate a quiet afternoon on the couch reading and listening to music.

I graduated from North Georgia College and State University with a Masters' degree in Counseling. I am a licensed professional counselor, master addiction counselor, certified clinical trauma professional, ADHD certified clinical service provider, and certified professional counselor supervisor. I have worked in various residential and outpatient settings over the past decade and bring a breadth of experience with various populations into my work.
